Re: Prophet's (PBUH) companions
Dear Br. Khan, I have decided not to engage readily on this board for the exact reason I wrote...whether you provide proof or not...it makes little difference. Minds have already been made up. I have debated on this board for the last year or so on many topics...to little effect. This very topic was...

Re: Prophet's (PBUH) companions
To all, I would just add as a final statement...if it shows no effect to curse ones who has offended and/or harmed the ahlul bayt..then there is also no need to praise the ahlul bayt...or anyone for that matter...because it has no effect in the same manner. Obviously, I believe this idea goes agains...

Re: Tax Evasion of Kothar
Muddai, Firstly, lets point out that the terms insider or ministers are not applied to in the clause in 501. You have not quoted any info in regard to this. The little piece of information your scenario fails to address is that the Congregation is not the employer of the Amil. They are NOT required ...

There is much in the Islamic shariah you are not aware of...maybe if you asked first...you'd learn from others on this board.

The amils are given salaries by the Jamat Organizations...not the kothar. The Jamat organizations DO file with the governments.
This has nothing to do with najwa given by individuals.

I quoted from the US tax code. I confirmed it with a tax attorney.
And from your iterations over what 501 (a) says..it is you who cannot read the tax code.

Dear MF,
the red rumal is what contained the pyaya. Pyaya are the bones (unbroken or cut at the joints) of the sacrificed lamb or goat. This is considered laying the foundation of any structure and is done before the foundation is constructed.
