Re: The difference between Qadam Bosi and Sajad as'Sukar

Respected brother Qiyam,

I do not know about the hadith you have quoted but logically it is contradicting.

The Prophet (saws) did not allow to do sajdah but allowed to kiss the feet. To kiss the feet the person has to do a sajdah? Hope you can clarify

Re: Qadam Bosi revisited

The ‘Shariah’ revealed to Prophet Mohamed (saws) ‘sajdah’ is a rite of worship and the only being who deserves to be prostrated to, is the Lord of the Worlds and no one else. When Hadrat Ali (r.a.) became the Ameer ul Mu’mineen, some people who loved and respected him beyond imagination, came to Ali...

And don’t they observe anything created by Allah: how it casts its shadow right and left, doing its ‘sajdah’ to Allah Alone? Thus do all things express their humility to Allah. All the animate creation in the heavens and the earth and all the angels do ‘sajdah’ in adoration to Allah Alone. They do n...

Do not do ‘sajdah’ to the sun and the moon, but do ‘sajdah’ to that Allah, Who Created them, if you really are indeed His worshippers.

Re: Question for Muslim First (aka wahabism vs. Sunni Mahdab

‘Shirk’ or associating another in God-head with Allah, has three parts:

1. Shirk in Allah’s person

2. Shirk in Allah’s Attributes

3. Shirk in Allah’s Rights

Re: Question for Muslim First (aka wahabism vs. Sunni Mahdab

Taghut In the Islamic and Quranic context, it basically means anything that is made to stand as an opposition to Allah, or any Shaitaan or any of his manifestations by which he seduces people to commit the unforgiveable sin of shirk. Iblis is taghut Syedna is a taghut! Budha is taghut Anything that...

Islam is not a religion

Islam is a not a religion. Islam is the name of a full and comprehensive Way or System of Life which Allah calls as "Deen." Why do we argue about sects in Islam when the Quran clears all the doubts on this ayaat in Surah Muminun aayat #52 And this ‘Ummah’ of yours is one ‘Ummah’, and I (Al...

The Prophet (pbuh) did not prohibit weeping; but strictly prohibit was the act of wailing and beating oneself when afflicted with a calamity!

There is a difference between weeping and wailing.
The former act is natural and the later prohibited by the Prophet(pbuh)

The ‘Aqiqa’ or sacrifice at the birth of a new-born is not a ‘fard’ or obligatory duty in Islam; it is a voluntary deed and a recommended Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws).

And the above sunnah is definately not a pagan ritual.
