Malik-ul-Ashtar: From Houston To Kandivli.

Unread post by ghulam muhammed » Mon Aug 06, 2012 7:44 pm

Malek-ul-Chuster is now stationed in Kandivli for ramzan extortion project. He has started a new trend.... every bohra has to compulsarily do matam for 1 hour after maghrib namaz during which time all the lights in the masjid are switched off. The matam is not done sitting on masalla but by standing up. Only then are the thaals given, one can imagine the plight of bohras who have to first undergo rigorous matam rituals for an hour and that too on an empty stomach. By the time they reach their respective homes it is almost 10pm.

Malik-ul-chuster's PRO is run by his loyal chamcha, Kutbuddin whose duty is to catch hold of any and every bohra and coax them into giving ziafat to Chuster. The ziafat rate is Rs.1.52 lacs and it also comes in a package of Rs.2.52 lacs which includes the title of Mulla. Kutbuddin was once a lower middle class bohra who is now rolling in crores, it is also a talk of the town in kandivli that he has 2 wives, one in Mumbai and the other in London.

Apart from the usual exhorbitant wajebat, every bohra family is now required to pay a minimum of Rs.5,200/- towards 'Ramzan Niyaz'. The expense of one day niyaz comes to Rs.75,000/- only so one can multiply the compulsary amount required to be paid by every bohra family and multiply the same with the number of families. To give an example of the number of bohras residing in kandivli one can take the example of Mumbra wherein 2400 families are residing at present. There are a number of wealthy sheikhs who sponsor the niyaz themselves for quite a number of days. Hence the surplus amount generated by this 'Niyaz scheme' can be anyones guess. All this multiplied by the ziafats and mullah titles, chuster's daily salams plus his 10% cut in wajebat results in chuster minting a few crores in a period of one month. No wonder he always says in his bayans "Main jem Houston na logo ne upar layo chu, em kandivli na logo ne pan upar laavis". Now what does he mean by "Upar" is anyones guess !!

75,000 per day for 2400 families, i.e 31.25 per family. In which age are you living. You cannot get one chicken burgur in Rs.31

The post has not gone into your chicken headed brain, I said bohras in Mumbra are 2400 families not kandivli so that one could make guestimate of the number of families living in kandivli.

Malik's daughter Naqiya is married to the son of Mansoos. Hence he feels that he now has more right then before to wield his clout and abuse his powers by virtue of he being the son of 52nd dai and also the sambhdi of the future dai !

An email circulating amongst bohras regarding Kutub, the chamcha of Malek-ul-Chuster by Vasanwala :-

Regarding Qutub of Kandivali, Mumbai.

Qutub father Akbar Bhai Chalawala (Lokhandwala) migrated from Chalala to Mumbai,Kandivali. Trustee of Dawoodi Bohra welfare trust gave him an apartment (Chawl type) in Kandivali, without taking any money.

Akbar Bhai has three sons first Saifuddin (timid chap & very religious),second the great Qutub, third name i have forgotten.

Akbar Bhai, Qutub’s father was in scrap business and in all type of extra activities. Qutub inherited this trait from his father.

When trustees of Dawoodi Bohra welfare trust constructed third building Mohamedi co-op housing society, his father also bought flat.

From childhood, Qutub was shrewd, cunning, greedy and selfish.

We in our building used to have party once or twice in year at Gorai beach near to Kandivali where my catholic friend had a bungalow. It used to be men adult party but Qutub used to come by any means and we used to make him do odd jobs in party; but this Qutub used to attend party to know secret of building men, and used to black mail them and extract money. He tired it with me but failed.

He started selling of second hand scooters business specially chori ka maal from other state once he was caught.
He always has eye on Kandivali colony women and girls.

Then he started business of giving Maruti van for hire and for petrol money he used take from me, all member of our society can to know his evil doing and he was not allowed to mingle with us. We used to discard him

Even at home he controlled all the father money, as his older brother was timid and never used to raise voice.

His activities of selling scooter/car flourished, due to black mailing the colony men. Once he was thrashed also but he never improved. He then started auto spare shop. His life took new turn after money for purchase of a shop was misused by one time Kandivali Aamil; and Qutub, slowly started entering the band of Kothar, and became the blue eyed boy of Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb. As he stared getting power from Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb, his power increased in Kandivali. He was involved in women matter but as he was having Malek-ul-AshterBhaisaheb saheb’s hand, he came out clean.

Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb came for Qadambosi for Kandivali Momineen on pretext of Qutub, the great. As all are aware Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb too is womanizer and Qutub his Dalal (pimp). Qutub ruined many lives in Kandivali through Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb; our community women are mad for Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb and people like Qutub take advantage of Malek-ul-Ashter’s frequent visits to Kandivali.

Now, money is no problem for Qutub, he nearly purchased 90 percent of flats in Kandivali Murtaza building. In badri tower, he is having nearly four shops, and four flats. Where did this money come from? Since I left Kandivali in 1998 now maximum properties in Kandivali is of Qutub, beside this in other buildings too he had purchased flats very cheaply, e.g. purchase of properties in Borivali, the next station after Kandivali. He never did any good for Momineen of Kandivali.

He always gave lift in his car to girls/women.He is a selfish person means; he will sell his relative also; in nutshell this is his real character such kind of person are dear to Shahzadas especially to Malek-ul-Ashter Bhaisaheb.

As is in all towns of India and abroad, there are anchor Chamcha like Qutub who act as pimp and investment of money for Shahzadas.

I will give the history of Kandivali properties too and deeds of Aamil and bhaisaheb in Rajkot.

Bohras of kandivli were very disgusted with Malik's antics but due to the month of ramzan and the fear of inviting trouble during the payment of dues they were tight lipped. As ramazan is over, Malik's stupidity is now being discussed within their individual circle of friends with great anger, some of it are as under :-

1) Malik used to reside in khandala throughout ramzan and came to the kandivli masjid to lead prayers on a daily basis. Due to traffic hassles, many a times he landed quite late for maghrib namaz due to which he led "Qaza namaz".

2) His routine of coming late created lots of trouble for kandivli bohras as their iftaari was delayed and the subsequent daily jaman too was delayed, firstly due to his late arrival and the subsequent compulsary 1 hour matam which was done after the lights were put off. During the course of matam many bohras experienced fatigue and used to sit down to take some rest but on seeing anyone sitting down the volunteers immediately charged towards them and made them stand up and complete the 1 hour matam ritual.

3) It seems that Malik is trying to find a place in the "guinness book of saifee mahal" as he is probably the only zaada who has managed to take 30 ziafats in ramzan and wants to achieve a feet of 40 ziafats due to which he is still stationed in kandivli although ramzan is over. He has promised to leave kandivli only after he completes a "chellum" of ziafats i.e. 40 ziafats. He has earned a few crores in his short stay by way of ziafats, pagla, salams and the 10% cut on kandivli's wajebat which he is entitled for as per the rules of kothar.

An article which appeared on this forum around 4/5 years back :-

Bhopal: Recently Sayedna's son, Malekul Ashtar paid an unsolicited visit to Bhopal. The purpose as many believe was "Poaching".

On his arrival, the gullible Bohras thought that he would extend his helping hand to the needy and suffering members of the community. Bearing this in mind, one Bohra gentleman who has been suffering from cancer wanted to submit an application seeking help but he was denied access. Seeing his wretched condition one well-wisher advised him to reach Bohra Qabrastan (Graveyard) where the SHERZADA was scheduled to visit. The Shahzada was hopping from one grave to another like a grasshopper but didn't care to throw a glance at the person following and begging for an audience. When the patient got exhausted he was advised to wait near the car which would take back shahzada. The shahzada came back to his waiting car. The ailing Bohra gentleman with his folded hands briefly narrated his Plight and earnestly requested to help him to meet the costly treatment. The Shahzada without even glancing at him ordered his secretary to give three envelopes and sped away. When these envelopes were opened the Bohra gentleman found Rs.20 contained in each of the envelopes i.e. a total of Rs. 60 the glittering example of Philanthropy of a so-called religious Monarch who professes to be Spiritual and Humane.

THE Other side of the coin
The Shahzada was put up in the residence of the secretary of the local Jamat. The Shahzada to get Publicity of his Philanthropy gifted a sum of Rs. 9000 to a young maid servant who insiders maintain might have massaged the body of the Shahzada. The maid servant in a sheer fit of excitement purchased a new brand "Sony Mobile Phone" same day. The publicity windmill got busy in propagating the Large-heartedness of the Shahzada.

Now the blind followers must pause and ponder the different yardsticks being adopted by the clergy to measure their bounties. The community which showers extravagant Love on its Masters is treated worse than Chattels those who have nodding acquaintance are embraced like brothers. The strings of the purse is lavishly opened for them to get a devilish publicity.

Will the Blind Followers pause and ponder over the matter sincerely?

Among imam Ali's letter collected in the Nahj al Balagha is his instruction to his governor in Egypt. In that letter he wrote
"So let the dearest of your treasuries be the treasury of the righteous action. Control your desires and restrain your soul from that which is not lawful to you----Infuse your heart with mercy, love and kindness for your subjects, Be not in the face of them a voracious animal, counting them as easy prey... .... ......so grant them your pardon and your forgiveness to the same extent that you hope God will grant you His pardon and His forgiveness. For you are above them, and he who appointed you is above you and GOD is above him who appointed you. Never say "I am invested with authority, I give orders and I am obeyed",for surely that is corruption in the heart and enfeeblement in religion"

And what was the name of the Governor,---- yes it was Malek-Ul-Ashter

strange that they still call themselves shazada ? Their father the sultan has passed away. Logically Muffy's sons are shazada.

i read the arrogance threats from the jamaat instructions and their boldness to threaten consequences.

A fellow from kandivali approached Qutub for educational loan
Qutub got 3 lakhs sanctioned in this poor chaps name.
The cheque came in the name of the poor chap.
Now see how this pig takes away the money.
He calls the chap and gives him the cheque and puts pressure on him to give back 2,70,000 to him....
The chap just got Rs 30,000 and qutub made 2,70,000 from this.

There is also a serious question on how help is given away...why people need vasila of such fat asses to get help from kothar...the kothar needs to create a mechanism which will ensure help reaches to those who really need it and without these middle agents....

Woah you really are a Crusader.

In October you couldn't even spell his name properly.By December, you have an incident (made up) to share on the forum.

Appreciate your effort and such actions are required by commoners. question these guys, least effect will be, that they will atleast be embarrased if they have darkness in thier mind and fear of allah in thier heart.
