GOT A SAD NEWS TODAY MORNING THAT SAYEDNA MOHAMMED BURHANUDIN EXPIRED....

PLEASE ASSIST IN FINDING OUT THERE IN INDIA THAT THIS NEWS IS AUTHENTIC OR NOT

He passed away today morning as per the official statement by Dawoodi Bohra spokesperson to media today
May his Soul rest in peace
Still not sure or clear when and where the burial will take place but unofficial sources have confirmed that he will be buried in Raudat tahera

MUMBAI: Dawoodi Bohra Community leader, Dr.Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin breathed his last Friday morning at his residence at Saifee Mahal in south Mumbai. Quresh Raghib, the media associate for the community confirmed the news here. He said, "We will be issuing a media statement shortly.

He passed away this morning and was to celebrate his 103rd birthday in the next few weeks. "It seems that the spiritual leader died after suffering a heart attack though official cause of death is yet to be confirmed.

The Bohra community has announced a 10-day mourning period for the departed leader. As a mark of respect, shops run by Bohras will remain closed for 3 days.

It is reported that the janaza will leave Saifee Mahal at 11.52 pm today and will reach Raudat Tahera early morning around 7am after which the burial ceremony will take place.
