A lot of the families that you mentioned above are doing okay (not ultra-rich, but okay) and at least those people raised the issue - their reward (or punishment) is with Allah.

I hear you, but every nail in the coffin helps and sometimes death comes from a thousand cuts. Every little bit counts. This family has taken a brave step, and they need our help and not our mockery.
