On page 5, the author says
The first distortion, The Arabs say, is that it is NOT POSSIBLE to translate the Quran into any other language because it will change the essence of its meaning
This is not an Arab conspiracy. The dawoodi bohra dictator surrounded by the kothari goons also says the exact same thing. Even our dear friend porus insists on that as the truth. Either they are Arabs or this author is a kothari goon too!! Infact, the Arabs have published many translations of the quran in almost all languages on earth. As time permits, I will be pointing out many more distortions in this book.

Alif, Laam, Meem, does not translate into anything even in Arabic. It might have many interpretations, but the best one is known only to Allah.
