The advocate general opened the case on behalf of the plaintiffs and asked Taher Saifuddin Sahib if Chandabhai was a 'Vali' (saint) and that he was a trustee of the Gulla placed at the shrine. He denied it with disdain. He also denied that Fakhruddin Shaheed in Galiakot and Syedi Hakimuddin in Burhanpur were saints, because according to him a Dai-ul Mutlaq alone could be a Vali. He maintained that he was the owner of the property and souls of all the Dawoodis and that he could not be treated as a trustee accountable to them. Later under cross examination he admitted that Syedi Hakimuddin, Fakhruddin Shaheed and Chandabhai were all Valis (saints).

1. Costly mazaar or otherwise do not add an iota of additional sawab to zayreen. And by building these costly mazaar Bade Mulla Burhanuddin sahab has wasted community money. Zayreen dua’s are mostly accepted because of the grace of the revered personality that is laying there and not because of the beautiful mazaar.

2. Rasool Allah (s) and Imams have not created any beautiful mazaars. It is biddat of Bade Mulla Taher Saifuddin and Burhanuddin to siphon community money as they hold title on those properties/musafir khanas. You are also not able to cite any authentic Fatimi Dawat books which recommend to build BEAUTIFUL mazaars.

3. Accounts of the public-gulla kept is not given by Bade Mulla Burhanuddin sahab.

4. Bade Mulla Taher Saifuddin insulted Mola’e Hakimuudin (r) and Mola’e Fakhruddin (r) and you are supporting bade Mulla TS thus you too are party to insult these two revered leaders.

Except Mustakar Imams, in Dawoodi Bohras faith there is no recognition / considerations of ‘nasal’. Dai Mutlaq is the lower most hierarchy.

FYI, Bohra Youth first rule is they believe Bade Mulla Burhanuddin to be Dai same like Bohra Shabab does. They are not challenging the ‘nass’ but they accept, so your contention is incorrect.

Bohra Youth is fighting for Fatimi Dawat, that is Bade Mulla Burhanuddin and his family must abide by the explicit rules and regulations of Fatimi Dawat. Burhanuddin and Kothar must not violate and disobey Fatimi Dawat rules and regulations.
