Moziza-Miracles

The one and only free public forum for Bohras. The focus of this forum is the reform movement, the Dawoodi Bohra faith and, of course, the corrupt priesthood. But the discussion is in no way restricted to the Bohras alone.

I had suggested to you earlier also in one of the threads not to show softness or politeness to Shaitaan lest he lures you into his trap. I again suggest you take a break from this forum and do some study assignment under your local Aamil's supervision.

You are most welcome to join us in cursing the Shaitaan. :)

Can you please define "Shaitaan" ?

Every enemy of the Dai-e-Mutlaq is Shaitaan.
Whoever wishes ill for the Dai-e-Mutlaq is Shaitaan.
Whoever nurtures hatred or promotes hatred for the Dai-e-Mutlaq is Shaitaan.
Whoever belittles the authority of Dai-e-Mutlaq is Shaitaan.
Whoever, allies with/supports/encourages/endorses any of the above Shaitaan is also Shaitaan.

This is my rule of Thumb for identifying Shaitaan.

Makes perfect sense. But does Allah also identifies that person as a Shaitaan?

I am just asking question. Please don't apply your rule of thumb to me :).

brother Fateh; no hadiyat or mufsusiat is needed from nabi, imam, dai, preist etc, you pray directly to your Allah and ask others whoever they are to pray for you to Allah on your behalf. Allah clearly states to his creatures " ask me directly for your needs and wishes,I am there to answer your call 24/7. as a matter I am yearning as to when my creature will turn to me for help so i can bestow him my favours. But blind is this world chasing men in long flowing beards and impressive dresses,; all they can do is also pray to Allah to grant you your wishes. The more people pray in your behalf the better, regardless. There have been instances when Nabi's have prayed to Allah for a wish, but Allah wished it differently for he is the knower and knows best.

I have experienced a profound change of events in my life, which I had not expected.

I was going through an emotionally rough patch in my life, being heartbroken in my last post graduation days along with a stressful job which paid less but drained my energy. I was asked to vacate rental flat within a notice of 17 days, multi-tasking with a full time job and demanding study schedule, it was difficult to arrange another accommodation at such short notice and weak financial situation. I went door to door to my bohra friends, who lived in spacious row houses and flats, living alone or sharing with other bohra friends. None wanted to accommodate me, as they did not want their space to be disturbed or were equally helpless as they were over-crowded, seeing my plight and struggle, a Hindu friend’s family offered their house as PG with her family. I was apprehensive to take up offer for obvious reasons.

However I found a studio flat through a bohra broker and pledged my savings into deposit, advance rent and brokerage, trusting that a bohra uncle (beard and topi) would get me an honest deal. In a week’s time I was asked to vacate the flat as owner of the flat had not paid dues and did not have complete ownership of the flat. I was given another 15 days notice to vacate the flat. On confronting with flat owner he refused to pay back my money and left me in lurch as he kept consoling / assuring he would fix the problem, bohra broker washed off his hands from the deal and he even refused to return the brokerage.

A police complaint yielded no result as the flat owner was a service provider of the RSPF (reserve state police force), I was mocked and shown the door when I went for complain.

It was monsoon season, and after a tiring run around I was sitting on a bench in the park staring in dark; disappointed, defeated and beaten emotionally. I was lost and tired. It started pouring heavily, but I did not care. I cried, I cried and missed my parents, I did not want to narrate my problems to them as they would terribly get worried. Sitting dismayed I prayed to Allah, I cried and complained and I yelled to Allah, “why have you abandoned me ?” please show me some way out of it. I don’t have money, I don’t have time, I don’t have contacts, where can I go ? I just have 2 days left in my notice, please help me !! ..

I just kept crying until I couldn’t cry anymore. Rain stopped and I started to walk towards my ill-fated house, as I was walking… I got a call from my sister, she called me to ask if I could take care of her friend’s flat which is lying vacant and use it, maintain it. No rent charged, no deposit required and in fact a humble request for me to take care of the flat. I was elated and surprised. I somewhere felt Allah is watching me, smiling at me, I did not feel abandoned, I did not feel lonely, I felt strong.

A day later, as I was vacating the flat, owner came to me and handed over a cheque of my deposit and remaining rental amount, he apologized for inconvenience and left. I was surprised and thanked Allah again.

May be for some, its an ordinary or a small problem, but the times I faced, in my heart I know, Allah helped me.. This is my experience of Allah’s Miracle. Changes my outlook and I feel more humble and thankful than before.

humanbeing,

a touching story indeed, but unfortunately for abde regressives you will remain a munafiq and in their new found religious zeal - also a shaitan.

do you know why? because you put your faith in allah, and not the bohra dai. this is a sacrilege! all mojizas have to be chanelled only through the bohra dai. mojizas not performed by the bohra dai are suspect, they are the work of shaitan, not allah.

at this point in time, only the dai has the official representation authority from allah. every leaf that trembles in the breeze, every bird which flies, is the dai's doing. except animals of course. if they move the dai shoots them down and derives a great deal of sadistic pleasure from it too. but that too is because he has been divinely authorised.

ask your sister/parents if they had ever given a fakhir najwa to dai uz zaman, that has to be the only reason why you recd this miracle. another explanation could be that bhai mustafa mojizawala (his name betrays his credentials) must have prayed for you in your hour of need. you see bhai mustafa mojizawala has this amazing capability to develop strong (orgasmic level) urges for syedna which manifest in mojizas.

the glad conclusion is that your issues were resolved, but the sad news is that now you are a dai no dushman!

‘FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION UNDER ATTACK’
Sanal Edamaruku, well known rationalist, under threat of arrest for exposing the “miracle”

Dear friends,
On 10th March, Sanal Edamaruku, President of the Rationalist International, flew to Mumbai. The TV channel TV-9 had invited him to investigate a “miracle” that caused local excitement. He went with the TV team to Irla in Vile Parle to inspect the crucifix standing there in front of the Church of Our Lady of Velankanni. This crucifix had become the centre of attraction for an ever growing crowd of believers coming from far and wide. The news of the miracle spread
like wild fire. For some days, there were little droplets of water trickling from Jesus’ feet. Hundreds of people came every day to pray and collect some of the “holy water” in bottles and vessels. Sanal Edamaruku identified the source of the water (a drainage near a washing room) and the mechanism how it reached Jesus feet (capillary action). The local church leaders, present during his investigation, appeared to be displeased.

See the investigation in detail on YouTube.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUqhq9MuRG8Some hours later, in a live program on TV-9, Sanal explained his findings and accused the concerned Catholic Church officials of miracle mongering, as they were beating the big drum for the drippling Jesus statue with aggressive PR measures and by distributing photographs certifying the “miracle”. A heated debate began, in which the five church people, among them Fr. Augustine Palett, the priest of Our Lady of Velankanni church, and representatives of the Association of Concerned Catholics (AOCC) demanded that Sanal apologize. But Sanal refused and argued against them. [The whole TV program is recorded. You can watch an abridged version of it on YouTube.]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfJ6_ftih0sWhen they saw Sanal refused to bow to their demands, they threatened to file a blasphemy case against him. And they did.

Yesterday (10th April,2012) Sanal received a phone call from a Police official of Juhu Police Station in Mumbai
directing him to come to the said police station to face the charges and get arrested. He also said that FIRs have also been filed in Andheri and some other police stations u/s 295 of Indian Penal Code on the allegations of hurting the religious sentiments of a particular community. Mumbai police has announced that they were out to arrest him. It is apprehended that he can be arrested any moment.

The filing of FIRs by Mumbai police and threatening to arrest a well known rationalist who has been exposing miracles and superstitious beliefs for more than three decades is a serious attack on the freedom of expression. Clause (h) of Article 51-A of Constitution of India states that :‘It shall be the duty of every citizen of India to develop the scientific temper, humanism and spirit of inquiry and reform.’In exposing the said miracle, Sanal was performing his fundamental duty enshrined in our constitution. It is distressing that the Mumbai police has chosen to harass and victimize him for doing his fundamental duty. ‘Sanal Edamaruku Defence Committee’ appeals to all progressive individuals and organizations to protest and oppose the reprehensible steps of the Maharashtra police in filing
FIRs against Sanal and stand behind him in solidarity for the cause of scientific thinking and freedom of expression.

Humanbeing,
As per your story since some bohras did not help you or coz somebody took you for a ride and after you cried and prayed to Allah, he performed miracle to you directly without intercession of anybody else' including the Dai, therefore you have concluded that Allah has come to your aide directly and no human intervention is needed between you and Allah to receive his benevolence. As per your logic then, Allah should not have required the services of 124000 anbiya to deliver his message of religion. Allah, therefore, could have inspired his religion and revelations into each and every heart directly (through wireless communication you may say) without any messenger services or any revelations, all at the same time too.

Your miserable story has only one inference to suggest - Next time you have a problem and you pray and cry to Allah for a miracle, Allah better perform a miracle. For if He does not do a miracle for you, you are going to denounce faith in Allah as well.

(I wonder how many times you denounced your father to be your father, for I am sure he would have refused you pocketmoney or refused to buy you a toy or games at many instances during your upbringing)

I was just sharing a simple event which made me a better person. What religious manipulation you are playing here is beyond my intention and understanding.

You cheap rascal, this is the only level and language you can resort to.

PS : I have let gone my civility for a reply to your hatred. I apologise for this, and please note, I would not indulge in cheap language with you further. You can rant as much as you want.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Readers

My intention of sharing this small and simple incident was to express a memorable event from my life. My problem was not big or serious as compared to other’s who may have experienced much more difficulties in life.

I don’t have any scientific explanation to offer, neither I wish to project a religious opinion. My story is a combination of few unfortunate events which tested my patience and faith in Allah.

Characters which helped me and which did not are part of my story and reflects my thought process in wake of my trust and reliance due to our affiliation (being bohra) and appearance (beard topi). I have no way generalized any negative remark on bohra and presented my incident as it is specific to person I interacted.

There are no inferences from my story to be drawn, neither my incident is of religious nature. Being emotionally drained, its a miracle to me, for others its a simple arrangement of opportune time of logistics being arranged.

True.

A rationalist will call it coinsidence. A believer will call it a miracle.

I was a rationalist too, once upon a time, but am now a believer

InHuman Being,
It is you who is of disgust to every sane person on this forum. What the hell you think you were trying to do by sharing that pathetic piece of crap from your life? You think we dont understand your motive behind such cheap and ill-choreographed design to malign and discredit the DBs?

Do you think this is some psychiatric meet or psychology session where we are trying to learn human behaviour from personal experiences of idiots like you? Do you think this is some psycho-analysis or psychotherapy class where you share your real -ife experiences and we would prescribe you a mental certificate?

Yes, BTW, we should award you a mental certificate saying you are totally Insane, narrating your real-life incidences on a forum where people are debating on theological issues and your accomodation and rent and brokerage is not our concern. If you think by narrating such miracle moments on this thread would bring you praises and get you acceptance from people like MF who have repeatedly narrated their miracle moments, I can suggest you better ways, drop him a birthday card.

It is you who is a Rascal by trying to play a emotional card to get proggies' sympathy when you realised you had no rational or objective or doctrinal argument to make a case for your stupid and baseless stand. And frankly I dont think the proggies consider you as any bit of theirs either.

If you want to share your life's experiences and get peoples sympathy go search Google and you shall find plenty of psycho-related forums and Sunday park-gatherings especially formed for people like you. Excuse us from your story-telling classes.

Anajmi,
I am not used to such unnatural behaviour which you indulge yourself in. So keep performing the act on yourself and draw as much pleasure as you may.

P.S. - Use a good quality lubricant or you may soon require a device like MF under your butt. :P

This is my rule of Thumb for identifying Shaitaan.

Good One Bro but now i have got another query. Whats your thumb rule says :- " Is Narendra Modi Angel or Shaitaan " ?

Stranger,
I have requested for an in person meeting with NM to gauge his views. I am sure you would not appreciate me branding anybody anything without even knowing the views of that person on the subject. Such behaviour would be uncalled for from a DB. Let me not rely on others opinion but provide you my own indepth analysis.

Hence I request you to have patience on this and I assure you that I shall provide my analysis to you as soon as I have ascertained the current mindset of the person. But let me assure you one more thing. Dai-e-Mutlaq's judgement on this matter shall always take precedence over my analysis. Afterall I am a sinner and prone to error bcoz of my shortcomings whereas the Dai-e-Mutlaq is Infallible.

You can not brand without meeting NM but very quick to brand everyone else without even knowing them, what a hypocrite?

Progticide,
I can try to present NM view :-
The Bohras informed Chief Minister Modi that their Syedna Saheb’s 100th birthday is scheduled to be celebrated on 25 March, 2011. Having heard this, the Chief Minister asked Bohras to celebrate the birth day event in Gujarat. He said this is the invitation not only from me, but from five and half crore Gujaratis.
Modi said while Gujarat is celebrating golden jubilee of statehood, Syedna Saheb’s 100th birthday celebration will make it even worthy.
“I am blessed by limitless love of Syedna saheb, and Gujarat needs his blessings,” Modi added

This must be enough for one to infer that NM has great respect for our Da'i (TUS), he longs for his blessing and ready to give helping hand when needed.

Now Whats your thumb Rule says for NM, ANGEL or SHAITAAN ?

But let me assure you one more thing. Dai-e-Mutlaq's judgement on this matter shall always take precedence over my analysis. Afterall I am a sinner and prone to error bcoz of my shortcomings whereas the Dai-e-Mutlaq is Infallible.

I am not questioning the judgment of Dai-e-Mutlaq, its not the point of discussion and nothing to do with my query. Its about just yours.

Dear Readers

Having shared an experience of my life, I have realized that; I have made unintentional mistake or it may be perceived that I have presented BOHRA in wrong light. With integrity of my thoughts and intentions, I would like to sincerely apologize for such oversight of opinion.

Being emotionally carried away in nostalgia of the events during drafting of the write up, I have overlooked the repercussion of my words that has / may caused ruffled feathers due to lack of understanding in good faith. Whether guilty or not, I render my apologies to all the readers who has been offended with any negative generalized opinion or presentation of Bohra persons.

My major intention was to express my story in light of the thread’s topic on miracles. An isolated incident of my life being emotionally miraculous for me. A humble intention to glorify benevolence and mercy of Allah. I did not intend to preach or generalize any opinion with regards to religious figures.

It has been an irresponsible mistake on my part to have presented bohra person in wrong light. In the mentioned incident, actions of the broker and insensitivity of other friends are mere reflection of their lack of ethics or personal prejudices respectively, by no means / virtue they present collective attitude of bohra persons. On a brighter note, bohra person are known as honest and caring people, liked by everyone in general.

I regret such misrepresentation in unintentional oversight.

Stranger,
I like your perseverance. But you are forgetting something. The thumb is mine, the rule is mine and therefore I shall decide when to reply to your query after taking into account the facts of the matter as per my Rule.

So you may post 10 thousand interviews but I would answer to your query only after I have ascertained and assured myself of the facts.

Keep Trying.

No problem dear. Take you own sweet time !

Between,
I hope you are not afraid that your thumb rule ( on NM ) may contradict the principles of humanity ?
Or
the judgement of your thumb rule ( on NM ) may go contrary to the Judgement of Allah (SWT) ?

I rest my case, Thank You.

After folding hands in front of a human being with a bent neck and kissing his feet, what other behaviour remains unnatural? By the way, you might want to borrow MFs device and see if it straightens the Dai's neck when put where you suggest.

Good One Bro but now i have got another query. Whats your thumb rule says :- " Is Narendra Modi Angel or Shaitaan " ?

Why is progticide hemming and hawing about this one, according to the rule of his (stinking) thumb, the answer is simple:
Modi is not the enemy of the Dai-e-Mutlaq.
Modi does not wish ill for the Dai-e-Mutlaq.
Modi does not nurture hatred or promote hatred for the Dai-e-Mutlaq.
Modi does not belittle the authority of Dai-e-Mutlaq.
Modi does not ally himself with/support/encourage/endorse any of the above.
So, it is clear that Modi is not a Shaitaan.
But then, Modi is not just any other neutral individual. He is a "friend" of Dai-e-Mutlaq. They both respect and honour each other.
Dai-e-Mutlaq is angelic, he can be friends with and honour only angelic personality. (Even if Modi is a Shaitaan incarnate for the rest of the world, he is renedered agelic by mere association with, and blessings of, Allah's infallible Dai-e-Mutlaq.)
So, it is clear that Modi is angelic.
Modi is an Angel. Q.E.D.
