Baad Afzal us Salaam,

This email is sent with Raza of Janab Aamil Saheb

In a bayan, Al Hayyul Muqaddas Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin Aqa AQ farmawta -

Mumineen gather in hundreds of thousands at the Qadam Mubarak of their Dai to gather Ilm of Ale Mohammed AS and for its ultimate goal, matam of Imam Husain AS. They sit in front of their Dai and do matam and buka of Imam Husain. The days of Imam Husain, the days of matam, are very near. It is my wish that all mumineen that are able, be present in the Hazarat-e-Imamiyah, and those that stay in their hometown, they all attend Imam Husain AS Majalis and come from the very beginning.

It is Aqa Maula (TUS) Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb (TUS)'s Khushi and Irshadat that ALL mumineen attend ALL Va'az during Ashara Mubaraka, and that the va'az should be held in the morning.

Aqa Maula (TUS) ne "Labbaik ya Dai al Allah" kehta hua, em neeyat ane tayyari kariye ke aa 10 dino ma Imam Hussain no gham ane maatam na siwa apnu biju koi shugul na rahe. Please arrange for time off from work / school. Important thing is to enforce 'waqt ni pabandi'. If there are any problems in doing so, or need any help please contact any of the jamaat committee members. Anjuman e Husami Atlanta will provide letters to schools explaining why we are requesting time off. Mumineen are advised to take full advantage of the letter.

Mumineen should do as much as possible Buqa and Matam of Imam Hussain and should refrain from all social activities including watching TV etc.

Mumineen should sign up at the following link to confirm their attendance

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

The following is the calender for Ashara Mubaraka 1436 in Atlanta. Please note that if Waaz relay is received, start time will be adjusted accordingly and notified by e-mail. Attached is a pdf copy of the same.

jamaat will give you a "to whom it may concern" a ready printed letter just like california jamaat to allow the child to take abscence from school because of religion. The goondas do it because of religious freedom, but least realize the harm they are doing to the child who would have a hard time coping with the classes that the child missed out.
Moula Ali's advice is to attain knowledge and education. Do not let education suffer so that you can beat yourselves up in mataam. It does not serve the purpose for which Imam Hussain sacrificed.
every amil puts his two penneys worth and very craftly phrases it as "moula ni khushi". Allah's children know better.

Think bhai,
It is Mola ni khushi, that's what is so scary. Muffy Mola! This never happened in Burhanuddin Mola RA reign. Only place in the West Ashara waaz was in daytime was in Houston when Burhanuddin Mola RA was there. If you really were taking off for Ashara, why wouldn't you simply go to Mola’s waaz, why stay here? This is mufaddal bs in total power - nobody else but he himself has made this fatwa. Of course, you should take off for Aashura day, 10th Moharram, but this is...

I think that the local Aamils enforce all this to earn brownie points in the eyes of the zadas etc who handle the aamil administration... more the brownie points, more are their chances of getting a future lucrative posting or in best case, maintaining base at a lucrative location inspite of a duration way past one's normal tenure (Example in case is the Aamil of San Antonio who has been around 8 years in the same place, whereas Aamils in US get xfered every 6 years).. Abdes are just like guniea pigs in the whole experiment...
