It is true that the individual who holds the card is likely a devoted supporter of the Jamaat, with the expectation that financial benefits will be distributed among Jamaat members when Muffy arrives.

Bhai, It appears that you no longer attend Bohra circles. If you visit them, you will notice that Bohras are no longer anticipating the arrival of an Imam. Muffy has already declared himself as the authority on everything. This was the focus of a recent lesson, even in Surat. Someone who attended can confirm this.
