Given modern distractions, the need to understand Islam better has never been more urgent. Through this forum we can share ideas and hopefully promote the true spirit of Islam which calls for peace, justice, tolerance, inclusiveness and diversity.

MF,

The Vice Fund (VICEX) invests primarily in Alochol, Tobacco, Casino / Gambling stocks and their YTD Return is 24.16% compared to Amana (AMANX) at 17.48%. Furthermore, it has outperformed Amana since its inception.

Amana is a great fund, but does not illustrate the point you are inferring. The fact that Amana is not truly "Islamic" (as I illustrated in earlier posts) is another matter entirely.

MF - too much Islamisation at Madrassas dulls the brain Kathputli bhaya - what Turbo was referring to was the author of the article in case you had not noticed (Carolyn Cui). If you are not familiar with Christian names Carolyn is a woman's name

Nobig
Greeting from you'r MF

I have been living in Christian country for last 40 years and one of my employee is 'Carolyn'. Last time I saw her she was still female.

Sincerely You'r MF

Why are you "availing " yourself of Christian generosity.
Last time I saw her she was still female.
Had she had a sex change there was every danger you would have molested "him"

At 4:26 AM
I say Ameen to let's have a meaningful discourse. I have already mentioned elsewhere that I came to this site to learn about the Tariqah that we consider the closest to ours.
And then 4 hours later.
Had she had a sex change there was every danger you would have molested "him"
Meaningful exchange you say?? And with someone who actually declined being an Ismaili?

Brother Muslim First,

I think we've wasted enough time with Ismailis. If you and I stop responding they will go away.

The invitation to a discourse was to other Ismailis (Nizari and Dawoodi) - not to Allah forsaken miscreants!

You have promised nay threatened to give up with Ismailis but then the paymasters send you back - cannot win either way(like the LP getting it from both sides)

Hope you two retire with two big jars of Vaseline!

jazaakumullahu khairan,

It is my fond hope that you include bohras and this kafir in the above amnesty. The converse will then become true. You two will also go away.

As a parting gift, I will post Wahhabi translations of two ayats of the Quran which might make you ponder over what you have been doing and seek Allah's forgiveness.(la'alla-kum ta-taffakaroon).

Let us see if these two will follow the Quran which prohibits mockery of other people's faiths, Muslim or non-Muslim.

Yusufali (49:11)

O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others: It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women laugh at others: It may be that the (latter are better than the (former): Nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed) doing wrong.

Yusufali (6:108)

Revile not ye those whom they call upon besides Allah, lest they out of spite revile Allah in their ignorance. Thus have We made alluring to each people its own doings. In the end will they return to their Lord, and We shall then tell them the truth of all that they did.

porus,

Not that I am using flattery, but having a debate, discussion, argument with you used to be much better before you went down the wahhabi/bigotry road than it ever was with any Ismaili. I am hoping that some day we will be able to get back to the way it used to be.

These are the kinds of replies that I've been getting from you. They make no sense but are very difficult to respond to.
