Many significant flaws were brought out regarding the audio and video...this does not bode well for the defendant.

Au contraire the article author is either lethargic or has a tremendous bias because it was one of the most damning days for the Plaintiff in the trial. The Judge really laid into the Plaintiff's side on the 4th June 2011 Nass Note prepared by Mr Desai. The Judge emphatically rejected their conjectural arguments on the Hospital events because they didn't bring their Doctor experts in the court nor they brought the SLT in the court on whose notes they based their whole nonsensical arguments on.The Judge even quipped that in which Universe, does a SLT come over a Physician/Surgeon in the pecking order? Even had to say that the "T" in SLT stands for Therapist.

The Judge even had to school Mr Desai to remove "Lack of capacity" for the 52nd Dai RA in their submissions because it would have far bigger implications than the suit he is judging over. He even had to comment that "Lack of capacity" falls into the realm of fallibility and down the line PW2 may have problems if they say 52nd Dai lacked capacity (Nauzobillah) The Plaintiff's side backed down and removed the defamatory words of "lack of capacity" from all their notes.

The Judge directly asked if they are disputing the words "Mufaddal bhai ne nass nu taj" in the video. IIRC Mr Desai said No. The Plaintiff's side tried the tactic that "Pehnavu che" isn't audible nor was it said after "Mufaddal bhai ne nass nu taj" in the 20th June 2011 video. Again the Judge had to teach Mr Desai that there isn't any prescribed Nass sentence to be uttered by the One conferring Nass.

As for the audio of 4th June 2011, The Judge directly asked on what grounds are they calling the Audio as doctored. Do they mean Computer Stimulated, Deep Fake, Someone else's voice, etc. Mr Desai replied in the negative. The Judge also asked if they are disputing the words "Mufaddal bhai ne dawat na rutba ma charaya che" in the audio which he heard. Mr Desai replied in the negative.

Even the Wednesday hearing was very short because he threw out all the notes prepared by Mr Desai and wrapped things up. I expect Lanati AbdulGavi will be a lot more animated in this year's hate filled propaganda preparations in the holy month of Sherullah seeing the ways things are going on in court.
