Could it be as simple as that there is a pandemic going on and that the courts are operating at minimal level?

Question

I noticed lots of big real state projects are going on in Ahmedabad Mumbai and other big cities, kothar is building big buildings minimum 1000 to 2000 rooms on these places.

now my question is that is kothar building these projects by their own or they have building partners


also the projects are soo huge it is impossible to built such projects without the money coming in from banks, so is kothar paying vyaaj on these money. in modern finances no real state partner will have such free money in his pocket so obviously banks are involve in these projects. so clearly kothar is dealing with banks and vyaaj.

please explain if you have any other idea otherwise.

I asked my local amil also about the money coming in for this projects but as expected he has no idea and he said kothar has all these money on their own.
