Wealth amassed by Adnan Bhaisaheb

Today the way the Amils and especially those belonging to Sayedna Saheb's family are amassing wealth is shocking.
More shocking is that the wealth they amass is by extorting money from the community members and violating the country's laws by bribing government officials.
Recently Bohra Chronicle has received a copy of the letter written by 21 Bohras of France to its Interior Minister; Mr. Nicola Sarcozy giving an account of the wealth accumulated by Adnan Bhaisaheb the Amil of Paris who belongs to Sayedna's Royal family. The documentary proofs attached with this letter have also been sent.

The story is as under:

About 20 years back the Amil of Paris; Adnan Bhaisaheb went to Madagascar, Comoro, Mayot and Reunion and raised a huge fund for building a community center for Bohras in Paris. He then purchased a small tiny room with no proper facility for community functions. But for his residence he bought a palacious Flat. He did not give the account of money actually collected and spent.
This community center being very small he then started negotiating for a bigger place and paid a huge sum as token-money to the owner. Due to some reason the deal could not got through and the sum paid as token-money was lost. It was hard-earned money of Bohras in Paris but Adnan had no regret for it.
Adnan Bhaisaheb is living luxuriously in his placious flat, going round the places in expensive car, eating and dining in costly restaurants, enjoying facilities of various servants, telephone etc. all at the expense of Jamat who in turn collects the money from Bohras.
He then negotiated another place in South-east Industrial suburb of Paris. It was a non-functioning godown for storing fishery materials. Deal went through and again Adnan Bhaisaheb started fresh collection drive and forced Bohras to buy units. People got fed up.
With some alternation the godown was converted into community center; the ground floor was used as Hall and first floor for ladies functions. But Adnan Bhaisaheb constructed a luxurious office for him. The center is now used to perform namaz, majlis, vaiz and community feasts.
Adnan also wanted to build a Bohra mosque in Paris but French government did not give permission. So it is now heard that he is going to construct a 'Quibla' in the Hall without giving it a name of a mosque and get it inaugurated by Sayedna Saheb. Adnan is also planning to raise huge fund again for this propose. According to him the place and alteration work has cost totally 25, 00000 Euros (Rs. 15 Crores) but the experts here find this amount over-exaggerated.
Again Adnan has purchased plot of 1200 sq. meters some two kilometers away from the community center where he going to construct a 10-rooms bungalow to be used as his Darul-Imarat, at a cost of 12, 00000 Euros (Rs. 8 Crores). 800 sq. meter of this plot will be used to construct a magnificent garden which will further cost 20, 00000 Euros. Beside this a huge amount will be spent on modern furniture, kitchen etc. For constructing this 10-rooms bungalow and garden every Bohra has been asked to pay minimum Euros 1800 (Rs. 1, 00000). Units have already been set out. The people are wondering why a 10-rooms bungalow with huge garden is required as Darul-Imarat?
Adnan Bhaisaheb has a coterie of three persons namely, Bashirbhai Mamooji, Mumtazbhai mulla Musaji and Nomanbhai Akberali Tayyebji (accountant), for tackling government officials and for extracting money from Bohras by selling the units. With the assistance of these three ruthless Jamat members Adnan Bhaisaheb is amassing wealth without giving any account. They shout at the top of their voice if some one dares ask for account and threatens him or her by raising question of loyalty to Sayedna. They in order to belittle the Bohras openly say "What is your strength to pay? Do you think all this is possible by your meager contribution? No. It is Aqa Mola who is blessing us with finances to do thing at such high level." But one thing is certain that if Bashir, Mumtaz and Noman keep on manipulating accounts and fooling people it would not be accepted any more and would result in confrontation in a big way. Matter would be brought to the notice of the government here and that would certainly create uproar. Bohras here are aware that to ask for account of the money collected from them is their civil right and non can deny it.
Bashir own two big hotels in Paris. Mumtaz owns a Pharmacy. Noman runs an accounting cabinet. On top of it these persons have purchased flats in Orchid Building in Bombay Central area worth Crores of rupees. Even Adnan Bhaisaheb owns two big flats in Bangalore, India. Also recently Adnan has purchased an expensive flat in Bombay's posh area.
This is not all.
Adnan Bhaisaheb has purchased a vacation cottage at France's Frenche Riviera (Cote d'Azur)] on the bank of river "Nice". On this location only multi-millionaires Americans and British can afford to book cottages for spending their summer vacation.
To meet these expenses Adnan compels Bohras to host Darees and charges Euros 252 (Rs. 14000) for Raza, and a salaam of Rs. Euros 552 (Rs. 30, 000) when sits for eating. Beside this the host is required to pay individual covers to his Adnan Baisaheb's wife and son and other family members. Each Bohra is required to pay Euros 1250 (Rs. 65, 500) every year beside Wajebat. Adnan Bhaisaheb charges Euros 786 (Rs. 43,000) for performing Nikah. On top of this covers of huge sums are required to be given to his wife and children. On this occasion it is compulsory to buy units.
If one partner is non-Bohra then he charges such high amount for performing Nikah that most of such couples prefer to go for civil-marriage.
When French government asked the Muslim organizations to get them registered enacting a law, Adnan Bhaisaheb did not register Dawoodi Bohra properties under this law stating that Dawoodi Bohras do not come in the category of Muslims as commonly understood. It is because if Dawoodi Bohra properties are registered under this law in France then Adnan and his coterie would Not be able to exploit Bohras and they would be accountable for the wealth amassed by him.

This Adnan (******* ) was in Bangalore about a decade ago, and I know what kind of a devil he is. I personally had an altercation with him on more than a few occassions.

Whether it Adnan or Quresh of New Jersey, all these thugs live a life of kings through the hard earn money of community members. Qureshe and his son is plunderig amazing wealth through the community funds of Earst Burnswick, New Jersey Jamat. Due to very irrogant behaviour of this dud many old fellows of Jamat has stopped all together to come masjid which was constructed just few years back. His Chellas are harasing everyone within the jamat who does not cooperate with this thug. Quesh lives in house which is purchased by the jamat after paying a hefty amount and enjoys all luxuries of modern life without contributing anything to his community. These thugs are so involved in money mafia, that even they can prepare their deliberations on important days and recite through either books (which sometime they forget to turnover the right page) or through hand written paper which most of the time completely irrelavent to importance of day or merely the propagenda of Khothar either to donate more money or Burhanuddin's gloabal trips.
